All orders are processed within:

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.

Please note: During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Locations

Currently, Curtis Fashion ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Curtis Fashion is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as β€œdelivered” but not received

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather conditions

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem with the carrier.


8. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this happens.
